What is the “non-violent communication”?

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a pragmatic and effective communication process, which allows one to be clear and consistent in communication, while being open and understanding of others. This approach promotes cooperation and conflict resolution. She invites us to reconsider the way we express ourselves, listen and relate.

How does the workshop happen?
